"Cindy helped us purchase a home in a subdivision we had been considering. We most appreciated her knowledge of the area. She had participated in the sale of homes in the subdivisions we considered during their construction and advised us on the issues in each one. For example, heating and cooking in one subdivision was entirely done with natural gas. We preferred another area she showed us in which electricity was used. We obtained our mortgage from a national lender whose forms did not correspond with those used locally. Cindy worked with both the lender and the closing attorney to permit closing within 30 days. She responded to the numerous questions we raised on e-mail, always within minutes. We have worked with other realtors but never with one is as knowledgeable and hard working as Cindy Davila.
