"Cindy helped us purchase a home in a subdivision we had been considering. We most appreciated her knowledge of the area. She had participated in the sale of homes in the subdivisions we considered during their construction and advised us on the issues in each one. For example, heating and cooking in one subdivision was entirely done with natural gas. We preferred another area she showed us in which electricity was used.
